We had a small but important repair job to find a dormer leak and fix it. Our neighbors gave Swifts Waters a A++ recommendation after they replaced their roof. We weren’t disappointed. Todd was responsive to our phone call and right on time for the assessment. The problem was located and fixed right away. Todd is VERY knowledgeable about roofing and exterior services. We will definitely seek him out in the future.

We had a small but seemingly expensive gutter installation job, wanting to add a copper gutter and down spout to a small cabin. Some of the estimates we received were borderline insane. When we stopped by Swift Waters Gutters, we were instantly relieved because we immediately knew we found the right place! Todd listened to us as we explained our project and offered his advice. Together we worked out a compromise and the job came out amazing, and at a fraction of the cost previously quoted by other contractors. I would definitely recommend Swift Waters Gutters. Additionally, everyone working for him was very professional and friendly.

I had some of my roof come off on a very windy day last week and I was desperate. I googled roofers and I called one company and they couldn't come to just look at the roof till the middle of the following week. Then I called Swift waters gutters and roofing and spoke with Todd and told them my situation. He sent Rich out the same day which I was surprised and grateful since it was a last minute. Then Todd came to also check the roof. Todd was very professional and made me feel at ease. His team of workers also were on point . They did the roof in one day. This was a last minute job and Todd worked with me on every decision. You couldn't tell that any work had been going on because they cleaned up after themselves!!! Swift Waters replaced our 30 year old roof in April 2024. We signed a contract in the fall of 2023 and mutually agreed to wait until the spring of 2024 to proceed. Throughout the contract and construction process Swift Waters (Todd ) informed us regarding the GAF process, the schedule the roof color selection and the actual installation. We were very pleased with the professional installation and daily cleanup. No surprises and no cost adjustment due to the fall to spring reschedule. I highly recommend swift waters for all aspects of our roofing project.

I am so impressed with Todd. Very professional and knowledgible. We had a water leak through our ceiling and called multiple roofers for quotes because we assumed it was a roof problem. 5 people said we needed a new roof. Todd came over to take a look. He quickly identified that he didn't think it was the roof. He climb into our attic and discovered it was a actually a crack vent line that was leaking. He then assured us that our roof still had at least 5 years of life left. I would highly getting Todd's recommendation on any roof project.

Saved 25% over a big company and a whopping 45% over same company who wouldn't do the job unless plywood sheathing was used. Todd said the original sheathing was better than anything he could supply.
